minelliHOME is the homeware and kitchenware division of Minelli Group, founded in Italy in 1937. Appliance makers, cutlery brands and design labels come to us with a collection to launch: we handle co-design, engineering, multi-material production and logistics, and bring it to life with our manufacturing capability.

Wood is not the hygiene problem in your kitchen. Plastic is.
Wood is a living material: its fibres draw moisture, and the bacteria with it, away from the surface, where they dry out and die. A knife-scarred plastic board does the opposite.
We add food-contact antibacterial finishes, pair wood with stainless steel where the blade works, and switch to non-porous composites when the use case demands it.
