CNC operators, turners and finishers: grain orientation, calibration, sanding and finishing, the part of the process no machine decides on its own.
Metalworking technicians on stainless steel, brass and technical inserts, engineered in-house to marry the wood rather than sit next to it.

Skills here are handed down on the floor: senior operators train the new ones alongside continuous training on machinery, safety (ISO 45001) and materials. Four generations of ownership, and the same approach to the craft.

Our key US site is more than strategic: it eliminates international supply risk, ensures faster and more reliable deliveries, and gives North American partners a streamlined, customs-free logistics flow, greater control from production to distribution. Today 60% of Group revenue comes from the United States.
